PFS Brushless Drop-In Low-Pressure Fuel Pump for A90/A91 Supra
PFS designed this brushless LPFP as a true drop-in fuel-pump upgrade for the Toyota GR Supra A90/A91. It uses a modified factory bucket, re-terminated factory-style wiring and a custom PFS brushless pump without requiring an added secondary pump or separate wiring harness.
Published Power Capability
PFS rates the system for up to 800 WHP on ethanol content as high as E98 and for higher power levels with lower ethanol content when the available fuel octane supports the combination. PFS describes the overall application range as 800–1000+ WHP capable.
Flow-Bench Results
- 72 psi / 12 V: 480 LPH, compared with 240 LPH stock
- 72 psi / 15 V: 555 LPH, compared with 360 LPH stock
- 80 psi / 12 V: 420 LPH, compared with 240 LPH stock
- 80 psi / 15 V: 480 LPH, compared with 360 LPH stock
Installation Design
Remove the factory fuel-pump module, install the PFS assembly and connect the factory plug to the hat. The factory ECU retains pump control, and PFS states that no tune change is required to use the pump.
Construction and Testing
Each factory bucket is extensively modified for the PFS brushless pump. The factory wiring is re-terminated rather than spliced, and every completed pump is tested on a PFS flow bench before shipment.
Available Fuel-Line Option
The product options include an available line upgrade identified as increasing line volume by 22% over the stock line.
Vehicle Fitment
Designed for Toyota GR Supra A90 and A91 applications. Confirm the vehicle configuration, fueling strategy, intended ethanol content and supporting high-pressure fuel system before ordering.
